I love learning and growing listening to audiobooks. I am often asked to share my favourites. Here are my top hits, which helped me on my journey and often recommend them for insight and inspiration. What would be your favourite transformational book? I would love to hear from you.

A practical guide to tranquillity and focus, and a must-read in today’s fast-paced world. As a certified Clarity Coach, I use these principles every day with my clients to help them uncover their inner wisdom. I highly recommend Jamie’s podcasts and programmes.

I had the privilege of joining Dr Eger’s programme and speaking with her personally —her presence, wisdom, and unwavering commitment to life are unforgettable. Dr Eger is a native of Hungary, a holocaust survivor and psychologist.

A groundbreaking book that has helped millions overcome anxiety and depression—two of the biggest health challenges in our world today. Dr Burns’ method and tools had a huge impact on me personally, which is why I went on to study his TEAM-CBT approach in depth.
